Purebred Anatolian female LGD - finished guardian in Medford, Oregon For Sale

Purebred Anatolian Shepherd female - 5 years old, finished reliable guardian. Was with cows before coming to us, now is with sheep. Has had fenceline contact with chickens and did not care, so would likely be OK with poultry, but I do not have poultry to test this. Deadly to small varmints that come in the field, keeps coyotes away. Not a barker - very minimal and only if the coyotes are close. Does not bark at people, only dogs that come near the fence. Friendly but not a people lover. She comes for her food and pets and goes and lays back down. She's a talker - does this growl/howl to greet you. Easy keeper, walks on a leash, will ride in a car, can be messed with - nails, fingers in mouth, etc. Gets along well with other LGD. is easy to teach - if she gets something she's not supposed to and you tell her no, she will not go after it again. We did this with our cats and she was good with them but not strange cats smile emoticon:-) She's really a great dog.
Reason we are re homing - she needs a larger space. She came from an 80ac ranch. We have 2 ac. where she has lived happily for the last year and a half. However, recently she has decided she would like more space and will climb our fence to go on a walkabout. We can't find her and we live on a busy street. We do not want her to get hurt or someone driving to get hurt. She always comes back but we just can't risk it and cannot upgrade all our fencing for her. So this is why we are trying to find her the right home with more land than we have so she can continue her love of guarding livestock.
Ideal home is a place with lots of acreage, sturdy fence and another LGD for company. Asking $xxxx obo. Located in Medford, OR.
